Extended Enhancement Education a.k.a E3 is the final Level of the Left Wing Program. During this stage, C. A. R. E.  Inc. will evaluate the recipients regularly to compile a portfolio for him/her. The portfolio will help us assess and see the recipient’s goals or what he/she wants in life for us to help her effectively. The recipients will also go through training from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
